Silver Prism Media provides digital PR, media placement, and branding services under individually agreed engagement terms. Deliverables, outlets, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
You warrant that all materials and claims you provide are accurate and lawful, and that you hold the rights to any content submitted for publication.
Editorial Control
Final publication decisions rest with the outlet. We guarantee placement per the agreed engagement, not specific wording, positioning, or permanence of third-party content.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
