Our Guarantee
Every engagement is backed by our placement guarantee. If we do not deliver your guaranteed publication within the agreed timeline, you are entitled to a full refund of the placement fee.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are issued in full when a guaranteed placement is not delivered, or when we cancel an engagement before work begins. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the missed delivery date.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Once a story has been published in the agreed outlet, the engagement is fulfilled and fees are non-refundable. Completed drafting, editing, and consultation work is billed at the agreed rate.

Email contact@silverprismmedia.com with your engagement details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
