Information We Collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms, your name, email address, and story details, along with standard analytics data such as pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, and recordings of how you use our pages.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate your PR fit, deliver our services, and improve our website. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
Information is shared only with publication partners as required to place your story, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, including Google and PostHog for analytics.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics and PostHog (PostHog Inc., US cloud) to understand how visitors use the site. There is no consent banner: both set analytics cookies when you visit, and PostHog also uses local storage. PostHog records page views, clicks and basic device and browser information, and also records sessions: replays of how you interact with a page, with anything you type masked. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@silverprismmedia.com.
